This work is a collection of over 100 labelled jars containing soils from all over the world, collected over 35 years. The jars are displayed on glass shelves within a steel frame. Chris Drury has used samples of these soils to make earth works on paper and since he has been to every continent on earth including Antarctica, they give a good idea of the colours of soil on our planet. Many are ferrous soils.
